Matrix Engineering Department prepares feasibility studies for each separate project in order to identify the advantage of various different solutions. We can develop prototype press dies for individualized treatment according to customer needs.
The layout and design work is carried out with high-performance 3D-CAD-CAM systems by Siemens NX and also Solid Edge.

During press die manufacturing time, our quality department assures the steel dimensions of every sampling step to meet you requirements, in terms of final piece performance and process consistency. On the other hand, our quality team also measures the final parts produced during the press die trials providing you with the full dimensional report, using the most advanced and updated CMM and quick vision equipment.
After production and assembly, we carry out your stampings trails to make sure the press die functions perfectly at a maximum level. At Matrix toolshop we have our own press machine with press forces up to 400t. We can test stamping dies with dimensions up to 2700mm x 800mm
MATRIX offers the possibility of preventive maintenance (sharpening, adjusting...) and making spare parts during the life span of the die, with total interchangeability and precision. We also design the optimum layout of the die according to the part, (material, dimensions, necessary production...)
