This legal notice and information (hereinafter, the “Legal Notice”) governs the use of the Internet website service: Domain www.matrix-sa.com (hereinafter, the “Website”) made available to Internet users by Matrix, S.A.

The use of the Website confers the status of Website user (hereinafter, the “User”) and implies full and unreserved acceptance of each and every provision included in this Legal Notice in the version published by Matrix, S.A. at the very moment the User accesses the Website. Consequently, the User must carefully read this Legal Notice on each occasion they intend to use the Website, as it may be subject to modifications.

The use of certain services offered to Users through the Website is subject to specific conditions (hereinafter, the “Specific Conditions”) which, depending on the case, replace, complete, and/or modify this Legal Notice. Therefore, prior to using such services, the User must also carefully read the corresponding Specific Conditions.

Likewise, the use of the Website is also subject to all notices, regulations of use, and instructions made known to the User by Matrix, S.A., which replace, complete, and/or modify this Legal Notice.

2. PURPOSE.

Through the Website, Matrix, S.A. provides Users with access to and use of various services and content (hereinafter, the “Services”) made available by Matrix, S.A. or by third parties.

3. CONDITIONS OF ACCESS AND USE OF THE WEBSITE.

3.1. Free access and use of the Website.

The provision of the Services by Matrix, S.A. is free of charge for Users. However, some of the Services provided by Matrix, S.A. or by third parties through the Website are subject to payment of a fee as determined in the corresponding Specific Conditions.

3.2. User Registration.

Generally, the provision of the Services does not require prior subscription or registration by Users. However, Matrix, S.A. conditions the use of some Services on the prior completion of the corresponding User registration. Such registration will be carried out in the manner expressly indicated in the service itself or in the Specific Conditions governing it.

3.3. Truthfulness of information.

To this end, the User guarantees the authenticity of all data communicated as a result of completing the forms necessary for subscribing to the Services. Similarly, it is the User’s responsibility to keep all information provided to Matrix, S.A. permanently updated so that it reflects the User’s actual situation at all times. (b) induces, incites, or promotes criminal, denigratory, defamatory, infamous, violent, or, in general, contrary to the law, morals, and generally accepted good customs or public order actions;
(c) induces, incites, or promotes discriminatory actions, attitudes, or thoughts based on sex, race, religion, beliefs, age, or condition;
(d) incorporates, makes available, or allows access to criminal, violent, offensive, harmful, degrading, or, in general, contrary to the law, morals, and generally accepted good customs or public order products, elements, messages, and/or services;
(e) induces or may induce an unacceptable state of anxiety or fear;
(f) induces or incites involvement in dangerous, risky, or harmful practices for health and mental balance;

(o) due to its characteristics (such as format, length, etc.), causes difficulties in the normal operation of the Service;
(p) contains HTML tags other than those expressly authorised by Matrix, S.A.

3.6. Obligation to make proper use of the Content.

In accordance with the provisions of clause 3.5, the User agrees to use the content made available to Users on the Website, understood as including, without limitation, texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, links, and other audiovisual or sound content, as well as their graphic design and source codes (hereinafter, the “Content”), in accordance with the law, this Legal Notice, the Specific Conditions of certain Services, and other notices, regulations of use, and instructions made known to them, as well as with generally accepted morals and good customs and public order, and, in particular, agrees to refrain from:
(a) reproducing, copying, distributing, making available, or otherwise publicly communicating, transforming, or modifying the Content, unless authorised by the rights holder or legally permitted;
(b) deleting, manipulating, or in any way altering the “copyright” and other data identifying the rights reserved by Matrix, S.A. or its holders, digital fingerprints, or any other technical means established for their recognition.

3.8. Introduction of hyperlinks allowing access to the Website pages and Services.

Users and, in general, those who intend to establish a hyperlink between their website and the Website (hereinafter, the “Hyperlink”) must comply with the following conditions:
(a) the Hyperlink will only allow access to the home page or main page of the Website but may not reproduce it in any way;
(b) a frame shall not be created on the web pages of the Website;
(c) no false, inaccurate, or incorrect statements or indications shall be made about Matrix, S.A., its directors, employees, the web pages of the Website, and the Services provided;
