Matrix, founded 50 years ago in Ripoll, specialises in the design and manufacturing of high-precision injection moulds. We operate a 3,500 m² facility with a fully air-conditioned, bright, and well-organised workshop.
We are looking for someone who is seeking a stable, long-term career project, with the possibility of future training in other machining processes, such as EDM, cylindrical grinding, and 5-axis machining centres, among others.
This position is aimed at a motivated individual who is eager to work and learn, helping to maintain the high level of quality that defines our processes and products.
Skills and qualifications of the candidate:

At least 2 years of experience in the machining area, working with CNC machinery, numerically controlled lathes, conventional lathes, or milling machines.

Experience in machining individual parts and small series.

Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments.

Knowledge of mechanical systems.
Education:
- Vocational Training (Intermediate or Higher Level)
