What is EcoVadis and why is it relevant?
Founded in France, EcoVadis has become one of the most widely used tools by major corporations to evaluate the best practices of their suppliers. Beyond quality systems, its methodology assesses company performance in four key areas: Environment, Labour & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement.
A continuous improvement project since 2022
Matrix joined the EcoVadis initiative in 2022. Since then, we have been progressively implementing policies, actions, and indicators that reflect our strong commitment to corporate social responsibility and continuous improvement.
The Bronze Medal: a success and a starting point
For a medium-sized industrial company like ours, achieving this recognition represents a collective success, driven by the collaborative work of all our teams. Nevertheless, we are already working to take another step forward in the 2026 assessment, aiming to achieve a higher qualification.
