We offer a comprehensive testing and validation service at the end of the manufacturing cycle, ensuring that each mould meets the highest standards of precision, durability, and efficiency before mass production.
- 400 m² Testing Area: Equipped with injection moulding machines capable of handling up to 3 materials, with clamping forces ranging from 80 to 400 tonnes, and all necessary accessories to simulate real production conditions.
- The modularity of the layout allows for testing while ensuring confidentiality.
- We can integrate the costumer’s injection moulding machines and their peripheral systems (automations and robots) into our laboratory to conduct tests in a production environment.
- We have comfortable and fully equipped booths for our clients to work in during testing sessions.
- Pre-series Production: We produce pre-series that allow us to monitor the mould’s behaviour over extended periods of use.
