Camila Rubio has joined our workshop for her professional placement as a Dual Vocational Training student from Fundació Eduard Soler in Ripoll. She is currently studying the Higher Vocational Programme in Design and Programming in Advanced Manufacturing, which provides official qualifications in Mechanical Design and Production Programming, with a strong focus on efficiency, quality and industrial innovation.
Camila, who lives in Torelló, discovered Matrix during an information session held in 2023 at IES Vic, where she was studying the Intermediate Vocational Course in Machining. Since then, she has shown interest in our precision-oriented work environment, leading her to choose Matrix for her two-year Dual Training placement.
With her arrival, we now have three Dual students currently training at Matrix. Her incorporation is a great example of how women are increasingly gaining visibility and leadership in technological and advanced manufacturing industries.
