Founded in 1974 in Ripoll, at the foot of the Pyrenees, Matrix has established itself as a benchmark in the design and manufacture of high-precision injection moulds. With over 1,000 moulds and more than 50 years of experience, we have developed a know-how that allows us to offer innovative solutions for demanding sectors such as the medical, pharmaceutical, beauty, fragrances and consumer packaging industries.
Our 4,300 m² fully air-conditioned facilities combine state-of-the-art technology with a team of 70 highly qualified professionals. This synergy allows us to guarantee precision and reliability in every project.

1974
Foundation. Based in the town centre of Ripoll. Manufacture of injection moulds and dies.
1983
CNC revolution. Investments are made in new machines that machine with precision using automatic programmes.
1988
CAD design stations are incorporated to allow three-dimensional drawing.
1992
The manufacture of high precision multi-cavity moulds opens the door to new sectors and countries.
1998
ISO 9001 certification. 25th anniversary celebration with a view to moving to a new building
2003
Inauguration of the current Matrix headquarters. Spacious, well-lit and air-conditioned.
2005
Tri-injection and assembly processes in a single mould.
2011
Robotisation and first production automations.
