Matrix Injection Moulds exhibits IMCC technology at K 2019

The injection mold will be in operation at the Milacron stand (Hall1, Booth C05)

MATRIX, S.A. precision injection mould makers, shows its technology IMCC (In mold cavity closing) at the K fair of Düsseldorf, Germany, from 16 to 23 October. This fair has become the greatest world venue for the chemistry and plastic industries which is held every three years.

The IMCC performance represents a significant step forward in productivity, reaching minor cycles of six seconds with single colour caps, or minor cycles of 9 seconds with two colour caps. The cap closing system in the cavity is powered by a servomotor, and prevents the subsequent handling, saving costs and time.
MATRIX own system (IMCC), is adjustable in the cavitation, and is able to reach a large number of cavities, increasing productivity substantially. Its activation by servomotor enables to be operated in a sterilized environment or clean room conditions for pharmaceutical and medical applications.

The innovative mold, named Speed cap for the occasion, has the collaboration of Milacron (injection machine manufacturer), Mold Master (hot runner system supplier), DME (mold carrier structure supplier), and Infranor (servomotor manufacturer).

The collaboration with worldwide recognized companies reinforces the technological and precision positioning of MATRIX.
A commercial representation of MATRIX will be present at the fair from 16 to 23 October to show the IMCC technology, and other injection molding solutions.
